10-Year Limited Warranty & Return Policy

10-Year Limited Warranty

M.M. Products, Inc. (“Manufacturer”) warrants that Glacier Snow Guard products shall be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of ten (10) years from the date of original purchase.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Remedy

If a product is determined by the Manufacturer to be defective within the warranty period, the Manufacturer will, at its sole option:

  • Replace the defective product, or
  • Refund the original purchase price of the defective product

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Michigan law, the Manufacturer’s liability is limited to the original purchase price of the product. Under no circumstances shall the Manufacturer be liable for any incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to labor, installation, or removal costs, or damage to roofing materials, structures, or other property.

Exclusions

This warranty does not apply to:

  • Improper installation or installation not in accordance with Manufacturer guidelines
  • Use of incompatible materials or methods
  • Failure due to acts of nature, including but not limited to snow loads, ice movement, wind, or structural conditions
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Misuse, abuse, or modification of the product

Adhesives, sealants, and fasteners (including screws) are not manufactured by M.M. Products and are not covered under this warranty.

The user is solely responsible for determining the suitability of the product for its intended use and assumes all risks associated with installation and use.

Disclaimer of Other Warranties

This limited warranty is made in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law.

Return Policy

  • No returns will be accepted more than 30 days after the date of sale. No exceptions.
  • All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by M.M. Products prior to return.
  • All approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, including originally incurred shipping charges.
  • All shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Standard shipping rates apply only within the continental United States.
  • Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or international locations are subject to additional charges. Please contact M.M. Products for details.

Winter Installation Notice

If Glacier Snow Guards are to be installed during winter conditions, please contact M.M. Products for fastening recommendations. Installation in cold weather may require alternative methods or materials.
